You know your "Likes" almost create a haiku. You're just one syllable short on the first and third lines and two short on the middle. I have decided you should write a haiku each day on your blog. Yes?
I am running for school board because I am absolutely passionate about education! I spent 29 years as a teacher, principal and Director of Human Resources in the schools, and I continue to look for opportunities to make a difference in children’s educational experiences.
“Kids First” is more than just a slogan to me. I believe wholeheartedly that we must consider the effect on kids when making decisions.
This idea shapes my vision for the Liberty School District:
• The practice of “Kids First” drives every decision made.
• The district operates with integrity, transparency and full disclosure.
• The budget is streamlined without compromising student achievement.
I’m also excited about working to enhance communication among teachers, administrators, parents and the community at large. These aren’t easy tasks, but I truly love the opportunity to ask the right questions and be a catalyst for solving tough problems. It energizes me!
I would love to have your support on April 7th so we can make the Liberty School District the best it can be...for the kids!

A daily haiku...I like that idea! What is it...5 syllables, then 7, then 5?
could this post be my influence? :-)
Definitely is, Jenn, you are my blogging inspiration! :)
Yessum.
Five Syllables First
Seven then follow the five.
Five again and done.
A Haiku by Miranda to confirm the Haiku format.
Merci.
